Breaking News

After serving Renewal for 9 years the Lord spoke clearly to me about moving on. After much time in prayer, discussion and meditation it was evident that God was wanted us as a family to embark upon a new chapter in our lives. We will be leaving the first quarter of the year to take over as Directors of Victory Outreach UK. A ministry that was instrumental in bringing me to Christ. My wife and I have a real passion and vision to grow this ministry and reach hundreds of young men and women with the greatest message of all, that is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We would like to thank all of you who have supported us by prayer throughout our time here at Renewal and trust you will continue to uphold us as we move into an exciting new season.

Richard Taylor comes to Coventry!

Having started Renewal Coventry over four years ago, Wendy and I feel that it is time to return to Kenya for a year or so, for another season of missionary work. We are delighted to say that Pastor Richard Taylor will be taking over the preaching in our Saturday services, initially up until Christmas. Services will be at the slightly later time of 6.30pm in the same venue (Coventry Methodist Central Hall). We want to publically thank the team at Coventry for their love and support in partnering with us at Coventry. It has been a pleasure to both work with you and to serve you and we are trusting God for really great things in ‘Cov’ in the weeks and months ahead! Our last service will be Saturday 20th September. Richard Taylor will be preaching from the 27th September.

Bermuda Visit

Ive just arrived back from the TV studios called ‘Bermuda Broadcasting’ which is due to go out tonight at 7pm and repeated at midnight. I was sharing the need for Fathers to mentor their children as part of Bermudas National Men’s day. Later I will be speaking at West Gate prison.

Tonight was incredible, we were driven south to visit the maximum security prison on the island of Bermuda. We were greeted by the Commissioner/Governor after receiving his own copy of ‘To Catch a Thief we were allowed to take a suitcase full of my books to give out to the inmates. The men listened with huge amounts of respect and allowed me to pray with them afterwards. They all received a copy of the book and took extras to give away to other inmates. The officers were very thankful for our visit and were keen for us to get hundreds more books into the other prisons on they island. We are now looking for a sponsor to pay for them to be shipped so if you can help please contact us!
