Missions
What is Renewal Missions about?
The last words Jesus Christ spoke on this earth are recorded in Act 1:8 'But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem (community) and in all Judaea and Samaria (region and continent), and unto the uttermost part of the earth.'
The outworking of these words of Jesus are linked to the strategy God laid on the heart of our missions director some years ago from Isa 54:2 'Make the place of your tent larger, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings. Do not spare, lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes;'
All our missions activity is tied into the local Church through our lengthened cords giving support and security through the strong stakes and helping us stretch the tent from our community through our region and continent around the world.

He pioneered Amblecote Christian Centre and served on the leadership team there for 35 years.
During the last 15 years he helped develop their missions programme in Romania, Peru, Thailand and the Philippines. He accepted the challenge to help Renewal fulfil the command Jesus gave his disciples and take the gospel to the nations.
