Senior Pastor - Dr David E Carr (second from left)
Pastor David is the Senior Minister of the Renewal Christian Centre, Solihull. Together with his wife, Pastor Molly Carr, he pioneered the church in 1972 with just four people - and now it is one of the largest charismatic, Spirit filled churches within a fifty mile radius. He is in much demand as a broadcaster and writer, and speaks at conferences worldwide.
Associate Pastor - Peter Jenkins (centre)
Pastor Peter served on the executive board of Assemblies of God and is a member of the board of Caminul Felix Romania, Compassion and Care International, Eastern European Bible College, World Compassion and CIRM. He pioneered Amblecote Christian Centre and served on the leadership team there for 35 years.
Pastor of Pastoral Care - Justin Marsh (second from right)
Pastor Justin’s role in the church is primarily providing Pastoral oversight to the central church. The integration of cells to the body being a priority, enabling the believers to have fellowship, accountability, support and encouragement. He co-ordinates all central Pastoral functions and is responsible for the team of people who have been called to assist in this work.
Pastor of Youth - Pastor Jim Wilkinson (first on left)
Pastor Jim is part of a dynamic new breed of Youth Pastor who believes that young people should reach their potential in all they do because this potential is God given. He believes that God wants young people across the world to make the right decisions, in turn living in the destiny God purposed.
Pastor for Children and Community - Pastor Justyn Towler (first on right)
Pastor Justyn brings tremendous energy and innovation to the children's ministries at Renewal. His expertise in providing pastoral services to children and their families is vital - and often invaluable in a supportive role to schools and other organisations providing child-centred care. Under his direction, the childrens ministries have continued to expand; also providing specialist care services for children with special needs and, crucially, supporting their parents and carers.
We also have a large support team (around 100 people) of Pastoral Deacons, Regional Overseers, Pastoral Team and Congregational Leaders who serve the Central Church at Solihull and many wards within a wide radius of our Church. |
