We want to lead young people into a growing relationship with Jesus and we do this by creating environments where Jesus is accessible. A leader at YOUTH requires high energy, confidence and a love for young people. Being an authentic character is key and being able to relate to this generation is vital. Not only do you get to encourage and disciple young people, but you’re apart of the family. Being a leader requires a positive team player who brings something unique and individual to the family photo.

The YA team facilitate this by:
Serving - to create the best possible environments for those in this age demographic
Connecting - meeting with people, making all feel welcome and helping signpost YA on to greater involvement in the life of Renewal.
Role Modelling - through example and inspiration showing YA that to live a spirit led God life can be achieved with great purpose despite the cultural challenges they face.
